This Group-Based Assignment (GBA) requires you to write a 1800-word report for two (2) questions. Question 1 is a written report which requires you to answer two (2) items. Question 2 is divided into two (2) parts: Part 1 a group presentation, and Part 2 involves designing a flyer.

Question 1 – Written Report

• Briefly illustrate the nature of global human trafficking and differentiate between human trafficking and human smuggling.
• Analyse and assess the effectiveness of strategies implemented by the Thai government to prevent human trafficking, with a particular focus on international cooperation, law enforcement, and victim support services.

Part 1: Group Presentation

The group presentation aims to assess your ability to synthesise information from your earlier written report submission and communicate it effectively through a PowerPoint presentation.

As student ambassadors, your group is tasked with designing a one-slide PowerPoint flyer to raise awareness about human trafficking. The flyer should clearly communicate three key red flags that are commonly associated with victims of human trafficking, based on the research and information you have gathered from academic sources.
