Our Writer’s Comment

This assignment tests students on their understanding of the business practices.

To excel in this assignment and achieve an A+ grade, follow these guidelines and ensure your work meets the grading criteria:

Relevant Knowledge (20%)

Think of this as laying down the foundation. You need to show that you really understand what you’re talking about. Start by clearly defining and explaining your curriculum model—don’t just pick a model; know why you’ve chosen it. When you discuss DAP (Developmentally Appropriate Practice) and bilingual literacy, make sure you’re not just tossing around buzzwords. Dive into what these concepts mean in the context of your curriculum model and why they matter. The better you can demonstrate your understanding, the stronger your foundation will be.

Quality of Analysis (30%)

This is where you show off your critical thinking skills. Reflect deeply on your experience and what it means to be a curriculum leader. Don’t be afraid to share your thoughts, opinions, and even your doubts—just back them up with evidence. When you discuss challenges, think about real scenarios you or your teachers might face. The more you can interpret these situations and suggest potential solutions or conclusions, the more your analysis will shine. Remember, it’s not just about what you know but how you think about what you know.

Expression & Structure (20%)

Clarity is key here. Your ideas should flow logically from one point to the next. It helps to outline your thoughts before you start writing so that each section connects naturally. Keep an eye on grammar and syntax—no one wants to stumble through a sentence trying to figure out what you mean. Make sure your writing is organized, clear, and concise. A well-structured paper is easier to follow and more convincing.

Supporting Evidence (20%)

This is where you bring in the big guns—your references. Don’t just rely on one or two sources. Show that you’ve done your homework by using a range of references, including books, journals, and reports. Make sure each piece of evidence you include is relevant and strengthens your arguments. The more robust your support, the more convincing your paper will be. And, of course, all your references should be properly cited in APA 6th edition format—no shortcuts here!

Presentation / Participation (10%)

Even though this part has the smallest weight, it’s still important. A polished presentation shows you care about the work you’re submitting. Pay attention to how your assignment looks—formatting, headings, spacing. It might seem minor, but a neat and tidy presentation can make a good impression.

Final Thoughts

You did well with a 70%, but there’s room to push that even higher. Focus on deepening your analysis and making sure every point you make is backed by solid evidence. Keep your writing clear and structured, and don’t forget those little presentation details.

If you approach your assignment with these tips in mind, you’re likely to see a boost in your score. Keep at it—you’ve got this!
