Use the McKinsey 7-S framework, analyse and explain why and how the leader aligns the organisation to address the challenges discussed in Question 1 and prepare the organisation to be relevant for a VUCA world.

Students must show how external disruption, agile leadership, and organisational alignment form a single strategic response.
