Perform a risk assessment for the activity/activities described.
In your risk assessment, you must identify at least FOUR hazards of your choice based on the hazard categories below:
1. Physical hazard
2. Chemical hazard
3. Biological hazard
4. Ergonomic hazard
5. Psychosocial hazard
For each hazard, identify the ill-health / injury.
For each hazard, describe in detail at least ONE existing control measure You should have at least FOUR hazards that require additional control measures.
