Our Writer’s Comment
Before you start with this assessment, you must know that reflective portfolios are particularly different compared to traditional assignments. This is because these would allow the students to be able to explore and reflect on their own learning processes. At first, You might think that a 3000-word reflective portfolio of evidence is quite long, but with enough preparation, you will be able to accomplish this assignment in no time.
You are specifically required to write a reflective portfolio of evidence that must be centred on three main aspects of academic and employability skills development. It is a good idea to see to it that you have an in-depth understanding of the term ‘employability’ so that you will be able to write a good quality review that critically evaluates the literature. Keep in mind that it is required that you consider what the current marketplace looks like especially for graduates, and based on the concepts of career theory, you must carefully select a career path.
After that, students must provide a personal career plan basing from their reflective self-assessment, which includes their knowledge, skills and abilities that are mapped against their prospective employer requirements and job role.
And for the last part, remember that you must provide key results and themes to your supporting set of toolkit results summary and make it structured with the use of the attached template 3a.
